What’s a Tapa?

“Tapas”, like many other parts of the world, are a selection of smaller signature dishes.

The Venetians call these small dishes Cicchetti, the Chinese – dim sum, Middle Easterners – mezze, and the Spanish – “Tapas”, which is the name we use.

Some are served hot and some are served cold, but all are bursting with big flavour and exciting combinations of bold ingredients
